Eighth Grade Citizenship Award Nomination

This online service allows school officials to submit nominations for the Secretary of State's Eighth Grade Citizenship Award. Once your nomination has been submitted, the Secretary of State's Office will review the nomination. A certificate and award speech will be mailed to the contact person provided in your nomination. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.

Who can use this service?

Any State of Maine school official who has been mailed an award information packet with login information may submit nominations through this online system.

• Username and password provided in the award information packet
• School address & contact person
• Student name and reason for nomination
• School assembly information
